A Fixation with fruits and vegetables, especially smiley human-apple hybrids (she makes a hundred rosy red apple for each exhibition) are the trademark of artist/craft person Mari-San.

Coming out of Tokyo Japan, this is Mari's first solo exhibition in Singapore. Having previously shown her creation in Singapore, Tokyo, New York and Taiwan, these plush cuties, along side luscious backdrops in an experience of wonderment at the beauty and happiness that exists in the world.

An intensely dedicated artist and a highly skilled craft-person, each item is painstakingly handmade by Mari-San and is imbued with a special loving magic that makes her works exquisite.

Certainly, the expression oh her plushies are sure to brighten up your day with their cheery smiles. Some of her plushies are as tall as 3ft, and whether pint or giant size, come in limited editions. It is impossible not to cuddle one of her happily frolicking mermaids, bears, doll with funky twisted do's or her dainty and delightful fruits and vegetables.
